Mix Amount

For a regular shake providing 24 grams of protein, add 1 scoop of F2C Whey-Pure™ to 200-250 mL of ice cold water, shake for approximately 5 seconds and drink. For a thicker, higher-protein shake, providing 36 grams of protein, add 1.5 scoops of F2C Whey-Pure™ to 200-250 mL of ice cold water, shake for approximately 5-10 seconds and drink.

Ideally, use 1 serving of F2C Whey-Pure™ 60-90 minutes prior to intense exercise, followed by 1-2 servings immediately upon completion of intense exercise. For optimum results use 2-4 servings of F2C Whey-Pure™ daily.
