How To Use

For a regular shake providing 19 grams of protein, add 1 scoop of F2C Whey-Pure Energy™ to 8-10oz (250-300 mL depending on flavour preference) of ice cold water, shake for approximately 5 seconds and drink. For a thicker, higher-protein shake, providing 28 grams of protein, add 1.5 scoops of F2C Whey-Pure Energy™ to 8-12oz (250-350 mL depending on flavour preference) of ice cold water, shake for approximately 5-10 seconds and drink.

When To Use

F2C Whey-Pure Energy™ can be used as many times daily as is required. Whey-Pure Energy™ is great when used: upon waking, pre-workout to ensure adequate protein levels, and post-workout to aid with protein.  It is also great to take as a snack between meals when hunger strikes to keep you feeling full and satiated.

    Tahitian Vanilla is my favorite flavor, which I mix religiously into my oatmeal every morning. Just enough protein (19g in a serving), it keeps me feeling full through my first workout of the day. Consider adding it to your oatmeal, too, as a substitute for milk or cream. After cooking my oats with frozen berries, I mix in one scoop with a bit of water from the tap, and then I add a dollop of peanut butter, walnuts, and seeds.
