How To Use

To Mix a regular shake providing 246 calories and 13.5 grams of protein: Add 1 serving (1 scoop) to 8-10 oz (250-300 ml depending on flavour preference) of ice cold water and shake for approximately 15 seconds. For a 493 calorie shake with 27 grams of protein shake: Add 2 servings (2 scoops) of Rehab 3:1™ to 8-12 oz (250-350 ml depending on flavour preference) of ice cold water and shake for approximately 15 seconds.

 

When To Use

Rehab 3:1™ can be used after exercise and for development and growth. Rehab 3:1™ is great when used: post-workout to aid with protein and carbohydrate replenishment,  upon waking, pre-workout to ensure adequate protein and carbohydrate levels, before going to bed to help satisfy protein requirements during sleep.

    Chocolate in my absolute favourite! I swear, it tastes like chocolate milk!I mostly use Rehab 3:1 after my hardest workouts as well as races. Ever since I started using Rehab I can tell the difference in my recovery rates and soreness levels the days following a hard workout or race. #teamcholocate

    I prefer a milder flavour for my recovery drink directly after a hard workout, which is why I choose vanilla. I believe getting calories and the correct carb to protein ratio in my system as quickly as possible, super important in getting the required nutrients to my cells to start the process of repair and recovery. This product lets me achieve that, as a liquid digests much quicker than solid food. The solid food comes after.

    The quickest easiest way to get your body what it needs post workout! I always have my Rehab 3:1 mixed and ready to go as soon as I am done. LOVE the chocolate flavor but the vanilla is also good. I’ve noticed a big difference in post workout/next day soreness too, much less! I had big plans to mix my own recovery drink from scratch, but let’s be honest, who’s got the time or ambition to do that, especially after a long hard workout? Not me and I am thankful for 3:1! #teamchocolate 🙂

    Rehab 3:1 is my go-to post-swim nutrition. It’s convenient to put a scoop into a water bottle and then add cold water after swimming. It takes the edge off my hunger and allows my body to start recovering for the next session during the time it takes to get out of the water, shower, drive home and get a meal prepared. It’s super easy on the stomach and is also tasty without being overly sweet or having any kind of aftertaste. Both chocolate and vanilla are good; I like vanilla so I can add occasionally add cold brew coffee or matcha powder.

    In the morning before a race, or pre/post workout, 3:1 Rehab is my choice for nutrition. I have a very sensitive stomach and have never experienced GI issues like I have with many nutrition products in the past. It’s got all the necessary nutrition needed for sprint and olympic race distances and during 1-2 hour workouts. It’s also great for post workout recovery with just the right amount of carbohydrates to replenish your energy. I always feel like I’m firing on all cylinders with 3:1!
