How To Use

To Mix a regular shake providing 246 calories and 13.5 grams of protein: Add 1 serving (1 scoop) to 8-10 oz (250-300 ml depending on flavour preference) of ice cold water and shake for approximately 15 seconds. When To Use

    Chocolate in my absolute favourite! I swear, it tastes like chocolate milk!I mostly use Rehab 3:1 after my hardest workouts as well as races. Ever since I started using Rehab I can tell the difference in my recovery rates and soreness levels the days following a hard workout or race. #teamcholocate

    I prefer a milder flavour for my recovery drink directly after a hard workout, which is why I choose vanilla. I believe getting calories and the correct carb to protein ratio in my system as quickly as possible, super important in getting the required nutrients to my cells to start the process of repair and recovery. This product lets me achieve that, as a liquid digests much quicker than solid food. The solid food comes after.
