How To Use

To Mix a regular shake providing 18 grams of protein: Add 1 serving (1 scoop) to 8-10 oz (250-300 ml depending on flavour preference) of ice cold water and shake for approximately 5 -10 seconds. When To Use

    Chocolate in my absolute favourite! I swear, it tastes like chocolate milk!I mostly use Rehab 3:1 after my hardest workouts as well as races. Ever since I started using Rehab I can tell the difference in my recovery rates and soreness levels the days following a hard workout or race. #teamcholocate
