Since her foray into running in 2010, Jessica has branched out to compete in triathlon, cycling, duathlons and adventure racing. She has raced the Boston Marathon, New York City Marathon, ITU World Championships and the national championships for adventure racing in 2017. And, for what it’s worth, she holds the female world record for the Pancake Mile.
In 2019, she is competing in the Canadian 10 KM Championships in Ottawa, the Ontario Cup Road Cycling circuit and racing the 70.3 World Championships in Nice, France this fall, although she looks forward to supporting her local triathlon series to train for the event.
Her all time favourite F2C product is the Glycoendurance because it is the answer to a clean, long lasting fuel for her long events and she loves that it doesn’t have sugar. She is a big fan of starting the day with Pharmagreens to stay healthy and the first step in her post-workout recovery is Rehab 3:1.
