Michelle is a triathlete and runner who has a passion for racing and in doing so exploring the world with her husband. Having grown up in Ireland and through her Dad’s encouragement and direction she found her love of Track and Field and Cross Country, racing from an early age. Running took a hiatus towards the end of school and start of University and the party lifestyle that comes with it took over. Sport remained a part of her life through university, playing the team sport of Gaelic football. Moving to Vancouver in 2010 her spark for running was reignited and her love for endurance sport was discovered. With a running injury in 2012 she started biking and swimming and was quickly introduced to the world of triathlon. Since 2012 Michelle has raced sprint, olympic, 70.3s and most recently Ironman distance.
