TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Ordering
Customer Service Office Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm PST. Orders may be placed with F2C Nutrition Inc. on our Online B2B store or through Customer Service by phone or email.


Account Setup:
Fill out the account application form on the website. Once approved the F2C Nutrition customer service department will send you an updated sales deck and wholesale price list with MSRP and MAP prices indicated.


Payment

  • Credit Card orders accepted through VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, and  PayPal, Google Pay only through the online store.
  • All prices subject to change without notice.
  • All prices in your country currency (CAN or USD) or for International USD
  • All federal, state / provincial and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Unpaid balances will bear interest at 2% compounded monthly (26.82% per annum). Accounts must be in good standing to receive any discounts.
  • All products are the property of F2C Nutrition Inc. should any monies be outstanding to F2C Nutrition Inc.


Shipping

  • Order value is calculated at net invoiced amount (after discounts and before tax or shipping).
  • Free freight on orders over $300, excluding drinks and taxes.
  • Orders under $199 – $299  customers will be charged a $15.00 shipping and handling fee.
  • Orders up to  $199 – will be charged $25 shipping and handling charge.
  • Shipping and handling charges for below minimum orders may be added after the on-line cart is closed and will need to be paid prior to shipping.
  • Customer will be charged for shipping if the package is refused.


*Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP)

  • Minimum advertised pricing applies to all products.
  • Failure to comply with (MAP) will result in immediate termination of your account with all privileges including the ability to return any product .


On-Line Sales

  • F2C Nutrition products may be sold on your own website only, MAP must be followed.
  • We do not authorize you to sell F2C Nutrition products  or use any likeness of our products or trademarks on Amazon, EBAY,  Facebook Marketplace, Walmart or any other third party website. If you have any question please contact customer service prior to listing. Failure to comply with will result in immediate termination of your account with all privileges including the ability to return any product .


Returns

  • All returns must be pre-authorized with Customer Service.
  • No returns without RMA (return merchandise authorization) will be accepted.
  • Specially priced packages cannot be returned.
  • Customer should inspect products promptly upon receipt for order accuracy and any damage incurred during shipping. Any discrepancies must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours.
  • Defective products may be returned for identical replacement within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products with price stickers or other retail markings will not be accepted for return.
  • Credit notes are issued for all authorized returns.  Credit notes will be applied to your account to be used on your next order. We do not issue cash refunds.


90 Day Guaranteed Sale Terms:

  • Product may be returned, in resalable condition, within 90 days of invoice date upon approval and receipt of a Return Authorization from F2C Nutrition Inc. Customer Service.
  • Return shipping and the cost is the responsibility of the customer
  • Offer valid on first time order (per item) only.
  • Returned items are credited at the original purchase price, plus applicable taxes, less any shipping fees.
  • Credit notes are issued for all authorized returns.  Credit notes will be applied to your account to be used on your next order. We do not issue cash refunds.


Expired/Short Dated Product:

F2C Nutrition Inc. does not issue credits or replacement for short dated or expired products. Every product being shipped into retail will have a minimum of 12 months to expiry with the exception of Gels, Bars and RTD which have a minimum of 9 months to expiry. With the advancements of some of our new patents some items may have up to 60 months from expiry.


Wrong Item Ordered by Customer:

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply. Processing fee and return freight cost may be applied.
  • Credit notes are issued for all authorized returns.  Credit notes will be applied to your account to be used on your next order. We do not issue cash refunds.
